

ASSIGNMENTS
There are a variety of assignments and positions for all experience levels.
Work independently or as a team with limited supervision to provide first aid, conduct pre-employment screenings, conduct drug tests, and verify compliance in multiple industries over short- and long-term contract(s).
Work as part of a team at a large event under supervision of our project manager providing first aid.
Non medical positions conducting wellness checks, data entry, water attendants…
Positions
ATHLETIC TRAINER
Some events require an Athletic trainer to be onsite in the event of injury. Current licensing required.
ATV / UTV ROVER OPERATORS
Rovers must be currently certified, have trauma experience, and complete the ATV safety course / test on the portal yearly. They are also required to attend course reviews.
BIKE MEDIC
Must have your own bike. These medics ride the course or path with their jump bag to attend to participants on the course
CONSTRUCTION SITE MEDIC
An EMT or Paramedic, usually OSHA 10 or 30 certified. On site medical coverage on active construction sites in case or accidents.
COVID COMPLIANCE OFFICER
A COVID compliance Officer is on site at a production or event to ensure everyone is honoring the COVID regulations in place. This is usually also an onsite medic position requiring supplies.
COVID COMPLIANCE, MEDICAL, TEST ADMINISTRATION-MEDICAL
This person is onsite for it all. COVID compliance, first aid, and COVID testing
COVID TESTING
COVID testers are responsible for collecting, documenting, and preparing tests.
COVID WELLNESS CHECK ATTENDANT
Wellness Check personnel screen participants or employees. Temperature checks and assessments. Some of these postings do not require certifications or supplies.
DATA ENTRY
This position is at large events. Data Entry is someone that sits at a laptop and enters PCRs during the event. No certification or supplies are needed.
Doctor
Some events require a doctor to be onsite in the event or an emergency. Current licensing required. Doctors with a jump bag and trauma experience can work EMT/Paramedic positions.
EMTS/PARAMEDICS
This position can be filled by anyone currently certified EMT-B OR ABOVE.
LIFEGUARDS/SURFACE WATER
Depending on the event this individual needs to have lifeguard certification or water rescue experience. For example, water rescue experience or training via military, fire or police departments.
MAIN STANDBY / STANDBY
Main Standby is committed and scheduled to be available in case the scheduled medic is unable to attend. The main Standby can be called weeks in advance or an hour after the event start time. As a thank you the Main Standby receives $20 flat. A Standby is NOT scheduled, NOT committed and NOT compensated.
NEUROLOGICAL CHECK
ATTENDANT - This attendant does not need certification and is instructed how to conduct a neurological check.
MEDICAL - Medical professional that conducts neurological checks.
NURSE
Some events require a Nurse to be onsite in the event or an emergency. Current licensing required. Nurses with a jump bag and trauma experience are able to work EMT/Paramedic positions.
PARAMEDIC
Some events require a certified Paramedic to be onsite in the event or an emergency. Current certification is required.
PROJECT MANAGER
Project Managers are direct employees. If you are interested in being considered for a Project manager position - you need to be currently certified, have an excellent record of attendance with us, be a team player and able to lead. RESCUE DIVER SCUBA RESCUE/SAFETY DIVER
Some events require a resume diver to be onsite in the event or an emergency. Current certification and diving supplies are required. All divers are welcome to work as Water Attendants and lifeguards.
VOLUNTEER
Unpaid positions for those that cannot receive payment and are interested in the experience.
WATER ATTENDANT
A Water attendant does not need to be certified but must be comfortable in 1-3 feet of water. This attendant is usually posted at a water obstacle to help people out of the water.
